台大人事風波不斷 教長：校方自行裁決
【台灣醒報實習記者蔣濬浩台北報導】針對台大副校長出走與欲聘學者涉嫌性騷擾事件，教育部長葉俊榮回應，由台大校方自行處置。葉俊榮回應記者詢問時表示，台大副校長、教務長離職案，是由台大校方自行裁決。而玉山學者涉嫌性騷擾事件，則會請台大釐清真相後再決定是否續聘。葉俊榮強調，突破台大校長遴選案僵局的重點，不在於誰當選，而在於改善整體高教制度。
台大校長遴選案持續僵局，1日再傳出，為處理校長遴選案而受慰留的財務副校長李書行與教務長郭鴻基也將離職。針對台大行政高層出走，教育部長葉俊榮表示，台大人事行政的問題皆應由校方自行處理。「不要將遴選案問題集中在單一個人身上。」葉俊榮也表示，面對台大校長遴選案要回歸制度問題，尋求制度面的解決方式。
昨甫公開的玉山學者入選名單，便傳出台大欲聘任的王姓玉山學者涉嫌性騷擾。葉俊榮回應，會先請台大釐清此事件是否屬實，並要求校方未來在延攬階段時做足審查。未來玉山計畫的篩選標準，除了注重國際學術表現外，也將注重學者品格。
針對台大校長遴選案僵局至今，葉俊榮表示，此次遴選程序有諸多執行不周延，不管是校方、或教育部，都要負起責任面對，從制度面去檢討。至於最後到底誰擔任台大校長，並不是重點。
與財政部共跑 統一發票盃招手
【台灣醒報記者宋秉謙台北報導】第九屆統一發票盃路跑又來了!這是有公益意義又能抽獎拿贈品、還能免費參賽的路跑活動由財政部主辦的路跑活動。今年在4月22日從台東開跑，總共五站巡迴活動，民眾僅需捐贈3張發票即可透過網路免費報名，財政部次長蘇建榮26日出席記者會呼籲，「全台接力持續為健康公益跑下去。」
蘇建榮表示，統一發票一年創造了8651億元的稅收，是政府的主要財源。他期許，以捐贈募集發票為目標的路跑活動除了具有公益性之外、還能帶給參與民眾抽獎樂趣與路跑健康，統一發票盃路跑活動過去8年共辦理了37場，吸引超過43萬人、募集了941萬張發票，而發票中獎金額累積高達988萬餘元，款項全數捐助給社福團體。
今年路跑以台東森林公園為首站，接力往台北、桃園、台中與高雄。參與資格是完成網路報名與捐贈3張發票（包含雲端發票）即可參賽，完賽更有禮物贈品，活動當天將會有抽獎與宣導，首場活動於3月26日下午五點開始接受網路報名，歡迎民眾參與賽事。
