公費流感疫苗 今開打
公費流感疫苗今（十五）日正式開打，衛福部疾病管制署署長周志浩表示，接種疫苗是全球公認防治流感最具效益的方法，他呼籲高風險慢性病人、五十歲以上成人、孕婦及六個月以上學齡前嬰幼兒等九大類民眾，應把握時間及早接種，讓整個流感季均有保護力。
多年以來，我國公費流感疫苗接種均為每年十月一日，今年則因疫苗供貨延遲，而延後至十月十五日，國小、國中及高中則是十一月一日開打。今年疫苗供貨以醫療院所為優先，社區接種站衛生局則會視疫苗到貨量調配陸續設置。
對於今年公費流感疫苗延後半個月開打，疾管署副署長莊人祥指出，這並不會民眾接種權益，只要按時接種，還是可以在流感流行季來臨前獲得保護力，且持續至隔年二、三月流行期。
周志浩表示，依據疾管署監測資料顯示，流感併發重症在六十五歲以上長者及五十至六十四歲成人這兩個族群的發生率最高，接種流感疫苗仍是目前預防流感最有效的方法。
台灣流感季一般約於每年十一月開始，至隔年農曆春節前後達到高峰。流感病毒可能引發嚴重併發症，包括肺炎、腦炎、心肌炎等，甚至導致死亡，民眾不能掉以輕心。
疾管署指出，今年度公費流感疫苗接種仍維持六百萬劑，符合公費接種對象約一千四百萬人，九大類民眾如下：
一、五十歲以上成人。
二、醫事及衛生防疫相關人員。
三、孕婦及六個月內嬰兒之父母。
四、禽畜業及動物防疫相關人員。
五、滿六個月以上至國小入學前幼兒。
六、安養、養護、長期照顧等機構對象。
七、幼兒園托育人員及托育機構專業人員。
八、具有潛在疾病者，包括高風險慢性病人（含BMI≧三○）、罕見疾病患者及重大傷病患者。
九、國小、國中、高中、高職、五專一至三年級學生（含進修部與境外臺校，但不含補校）、少年矯正學校及輔育院學生，以及屬「中途學校-在園教育」性質之兒童及少年安置（教養）機構學生。疾管署提醒有流感相關疑問，可參閱疾管署全球資訊網https://www.cdc.gov.tw，或打免付費防疫專線一九二二（或○八○○-○○一九二二）洽詢。
邁向400萬里程碑 朱立倫邀您成為新北人
(記者黃秀麗新北報導)新北市人口即將邁入400萬大關，新北市政府7日特別舉辦「住在新北 設籍新北」活動起跑記者會，祭出套房、汽車、黃金、機票及電動機車等大獎，總計獎額超過新臺幣1,500萬元，邀請所有住在新北市但尚未設籍的居民遷入戶籍，成為正港的「新北人」，一起見證臺灣縣市人口史無前例的新里程碑。
市長朱立倫表示，新北市有非常好的生活環境，不論「在地就學」、「 在地就業」、「在地就養」及「在地樂活」等各方面，市府都做出釵h努力，更因應市民需求，提出多項全國首創的服務，例如老人家免費配老花眼鏡、新北兒童卡搭乘捷運4折優惠及好孕專車等便民措施，讓總人口數較改制前成長約9萬人，截至今年2月底為398萬6,501人，即將與美國洛杉磯、澳洲墨爾本等城市同列400萬人口大城。
此次擔任活動宣傳大使的知名藝人王彩樺，今日也在記者會中分享居住在三重10多年的生活感想。她表示，這些年來對 於新北市的進步超有感，尤其捷運通車，以及國民運動中心及大台北都會公園等完善設施規劃，在社區附近就有地方可以運動、散心，誠摯歡迎大家一起設籍新北市，鬥陣做厝邊！
民政局長江俊霆指出，這次「住在新北 設籍新北」活動獎項豐富，凡在活動期間遷入設籍的民眾，在新北市設籍人口數每達千人整數時，即可免登錄參加滿千抽獎活動，越早遷入可參加抽獎次數越多，最大獎為淡水區市價4 57萬元的18坪套房1戶，第400萬設籍市民還可獲得黃金2兩，第400萬前後1位也可各獲1兩的黃金。(自立晚報2018/3/7)
